I accept insurance through Headway, an online billing platform. My rate for private pay is $150 for a standard 50-minute therapy session, the typical length for individual and couples counseling. At your request I will provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

The fee for a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is the full session rate. If you can’t give me 24 hours notice, please still let me know — I won’t charge if I can fill the appointment time with another client.

I will maintain your confidentiality except for the following circumstances:

You provide me written authorization to release your information.

You disclose that a minor or elderly person is at risk for abuse or neglect.

You disclose that an individual is in imminent danger of physical harm.

When I am legally required by court order.

If you are experiencing a personal crisis, you may call, text, or email me and I will give you my first available appointment time. Under rare circumstances I will make myself available outside of normal business hours.

I do not provide emergency services. If you are in a life-threatening situation, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
